What do people want?

Sooo... My next semester of classes start in a week, my final semester. I am finally ready! I will be finishing up my bachelors and working part-time because well... I want to! Plus having a bachelors in a year will put me at an advantage when the new culinary school is looking for chef instructors, my ultimate goal is to teach! Back to my post title, what do you as readers want to see, basics taught step by step? More desserts, or quick and healthy dinners? Would you rather see all my creations and recipes from school? I take photos and have recipes for all of the food I have made in class! Please let me know! I am trying to figure out what way to take my website savory or sweet, or a little of both. Gourmet or basic? Help me with the unlimited options!
