Sooo... My next semester of classes start in a week, my final semester. I am finally ready! I will be finishing up my bachelors and working part-time because well... I want to! Plus having a bachelors in a year will put me at an advantage when the new culinary school is looking for chef instructors, my ultimate goal is to teach! Back to my post title, what do you as readers want to see, basics taught step by step? More desserts, or quick and healthy dinners? Would you rather see all my creations and recipes from school?
