I adore curries! Thai curries, Indian curries, spicy or mild.
Earlier in the year I had an opportunity to have a group of photographers come to my home and photograph a few creations, I took a few shots of my own and filed them away in lightroom.
Yesterday while going through and deleting photographs I came across this picture and thought it was worthy of sharing with you.
I found this lovely recipe in a blog that I follow. http://saraskitchen.blogspot.com/ search in the archives in February 2009, I highly recommend you go and check it out, the recipe was easy and absolutely delicious. ( even the unadventurous guests liked it!)
