Scallops with Saffron tomato sauce! I entered the tomatomania contest at http://sippitysup.com and was one of the six chosen to be published and distributed at the Garden Show in Los Angeles the beginning of May. The recipe and photo also has a chance to be published in the Chicago Sun Times! Congratulations to all the other winners, I can't wait to see the five other winning photographs and recipes.
