Make your own pizza party

It's time for a lighthearted fun get together that everyone can participate in! ( even kids )
Friday nights at our house is family night. We rent some movies, pop popcorn, make some treats and create our own pizzas! It is a great way to spend time with your children and significant others in your life. I love this pizza dough recipe, tastes like the real thing, no cardboard box taste!

Easy Pizza dough
Adapted from Barefoot Contessa Parties

1 1/4 cups warm water
2 packages dry yeast
1 Tbsp. honey
3 Tbsp. olive oil
4 cups bread flour
2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 500 degrees

Mix yeast with warm water add to mixer, add honey and oil. Measure out 3 cups of flour and add to bowl. Add salt to top of flour.

Attach dough hook to kitchenaid. Beat dough on low/medium speed for 10-12 minutes until elastic and smooth.

Remove dough from bowl and knead 10-12 times

Stretch dough into rounds and place on baking sheet with silpat or parchment paper
Choose your favorite toppings. For the pizza sauce I used canned and added some pizza seasoning herbs.
Let your guests or kids create there own pizza
So hard at work
Bake at 500 degrees for10-12 minutes
