Recipe- Lasagna Pasta
1/2 box of pasta ( feel free to use any round pasta) I used fueseli
1 can of your favorite spaghetti sauce
6 oz. Low fat ricotta cheese
1 16 oz. package mozerella cheese
2 tbsp. pizza seasoning
1 egg
1/4 c. heavy cream
Cook pasta according to label on box. Drain.
Mix together ricotta cheese 1 tbsp of pizza seasoning and heavy cream until creamy. Set aside.
Place 1/3 of pasta in bottom of casserole dish, 1/2 of ricotta mixture and layer of mozerella cheese. Sprinkle with 1 tsp. of pizza seasoning.
Place remaining cheese on top and sprinkle with pizza seasoning
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes until brown and bubbly
Serve with green salad and fresh baked garlic bread
