Favorite Kitchen tool

My food processor is one of two kitchen appliances that I can definately not live without! I use it to chop, dice,shred, process and make doughs. It is definately worth the investment, (my lovely mother-in-law gifted me with mine) but even if it wasn't a gift I would spend the money for this product! Consider one for your kitchen!
