1/2 cup butter 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. baking soda 1/8 tsp. salt 2 cups flour 3 very ripe large bananas Melted butter and 2 tsp. sugar for the top of the bread once baked
Spray loaf pan with cooking spray Preheat oven to 325
Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy, add eggs and mix until incorporated. Add bananas and mix well. Sift together salt baking soda and flour, add to wet mixture until well mixed together. Bake at 325 for about 50-60 minutes. Check and insert toothpick into the center of loaf to see if comes out clean. Bake for 5-10 minutes more until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Pour melt butter on top of loaf and sprinkle with sugar.
