Very Easy Berry Tart


The berry tart is a great addition to the table during the week when your in a rush to get dinner on the table. It's yummy and very easy.


Berry Tart


3 cups triple berry blend ( This can be found at sams club frozen )

2/3 cup sugar

1 tsp. real vanilla

1/4 tsp. almond extract

1 premade pie crust ( I prefer pilsbury)


Mix frozen berries, sugar, vanilla and almond extract in bowl. Set aside in fridge until unfrozen. Spray tart pan with cooking spray, unroll pastry and press into pan, remove excess pastry from top. Add berries to pie crust. Bake at 350 for about 20-25 minutes until crust is browned. Serve with fresh whipped cream.

Berry Tart is also great cold for breakfast the next morning!
